13. How Big is my Site? Updated 13/06/2015

Okey guys it's time to bank. I already have 10 websites in few niches and I'm banking with Amazon an average of 50 a day per site, but not quite so with this journey I will show you how it's possible earn 1000 euro a day with Amazon and with a single Authority website. I've never built an Amazon authority website, but I've big and detailed editorial plan and I've good knowledge of Seo.

NOTE: The worst part of all journeys that I have found is that you have to scroll through several pages of content before find relevant informations, this is why I introduced the FAQ section, which is a menu of relevant informations shared in this journey. I'm sure this will make you save a lot of precious time :)

The Website
attachment.php

The website I'm using for this journey is 2 months old and actually ranks in first and second page for 190+ keywords. I did basic on-page Seo optimization and really light off-page (we're speaking about 5 guest posts and few pointless directory submission, only to contextualize the topic/theme of the site).
The key of my strategy is keyword research! I'm using SemRush to find low competition commercial keywords with al least 480 searches per month and since this keywords are easy my contents are ranking for many long tails (as you can see from screenshot).

Editorial Plan
Atm I've 70 fresh articles that have been written by freelancer copywriters in past weeks.
My plan is to publish from 100 to 200 fresh contents a month, in this way I can target a lot of easy and profitable keywords!

Since the first day I have never written an article, so it's all 100% Outsourced. Actually I pay 2 copywriters.

Traffic
attachment.php

From February to April I had really low traffic (and it's normal and calculated because I made really light Seo optimization) but from May I'm on an average of 100 visits from Google a day and this is going to increase exponentially with new content!

Earnings
attachment.php

Actually, with this website I earned near €190 from mid-February and I expect to reach my goal of 1K a day in 1 year!
I know it sounds surreal but you know that Seo is a long term process but in the end pays a lot.
I've a lot of experience in this field and all the sites I'm actually earning with have very little content (less than 50 pages) and are earning € 50 a day!

So, I think that near 2000 targeted articles I will reach my goal.

Numbers
Actually I earned € 190 from 2500 unique visits from Google and if the conversion rate will be the same in the future, I need 12.000 unique a day from Google to make € 1000 a day!

Day 1
1) Today I need to find 2 other copywriter to speed up writing work and reach total of 4 copywriters that can write at least 30 articles a month each.
2) Need to make keyword research and write 60 article's titles to give to copywriters as guide for the work.

Let's Do It!

what kind of keywords do you target? "product reviews" "best product" or more informational keywords? and what kind of prices the products youre promoting sell for?
I'm targeting keywords like "product price", "cheap product", "product reviews".
But I can't really choose keywords, I take the easy ones that have any kind of commercial intent.

Here in Italy max commission is € 10 (if the price is more than € 120) and I'm promoting products from € 10 to € 200 :)

I had interesting idea from your question mate, thanks!

Interesting journey! I'm a big fan of amazon websites myself. I tend to go for more broad terms though where I create guides and sprinkle my affiliate links where appropriate.

I've never had much luck targeting specific products before in the past (this was when I first got into IM though, so maybe I would do better at this now).

Would you mind telling us what kind of general format are you using for your product reviews? are you creating pages for each individual product?

And where do you find writers? I am searching for them too.

I find them in the forum dedicated to webmasters , public announcements or contact someone who already offers this service :)
Also try on oDesk, there are a lot of writers that can work really cheap (but with low quality).

I'm creating individual pages for individual keyword, not product. So, if people search for "product X price" and "best product X" I create two different contents as follows:

Product X Price
I speak about the price (making tables with exclusive features) and where they can get it (with Amazon links and citation of big brands, this makes the content really relevant and less promotional).

Best Product X
I compare this product to competitors' products and review all Pros and Cons

Here the rules is giving what they're asking for :)

Is your website in Italian? I'm trying to do the same thing with one of my websites (English). It's an related expired domain with 16 TF/CF and i'm targeting literally bottom of the barrel longtails with 0 competition and i only make it to 3rd or 4th page. Could you explain what kind of on-page SEO are you doing?

Great success with your journey. I'm running projects with a quite similar method. I would say that you should think of building up an e-mail list and FB page as well if you didn't already did this.

Yes, is in Italian and I target keywords that I can find in SemRush.

1. How I build Content with Keywords
1) After having selected the keyword I go on http://keywordtool.io/ to find all long tails.
2) Now I get traffic statistics from Google Keyword Planner to understand which keyword has volume (at least 20 searches per month) and I insert them in the text.

Doing this my contents are more contextualized because Google is self-learning and understands that I speak in full of a certain topic (it's basic rule of Information Retrieval).
This makes my contents relevant and my site can be reached by many different keyword's variations.

Another thing to consider is making your own keyword research by deepening the knowledge of your audience. Why?

Here's the Answer!
On a daily basis, 15 percent of queries submitted have never been seen before by Google's search engine! Read more on CNET

Thanks. I mentioned the language of the site because the english market might have more competition.

That's true but you will have more long tails to target for English language.

In English there are many more searches and thus more different ways to search the same information, so there are always spaces to be exploited.
If you do not choose a really competitive topic, as I do, you will always find space that isn't used by competitors :)

I ranked few websites on Google.com and I was able to find easy keywords in a lot of topics.
An element that I love on Google.com is that long tails are really loooong, here in Italy long tails are on average 3-4-5 words!
This is because here the market of search has 60M potential users (from 2013 survey only 56% uses internet)!

Only in the U.S.A 270M uses internet (87% of total), and you need to add all other English based search markets... Now you have something to think about :)
