I first joined iFunny around its release in 2012. I was around 10 or 11 at the time so I usually just shitposted and played around on the app.
3 years later I'm making $300+ monthly and owning some of the biggest accounts on the app.
So how did I do it?
iFunny is different from most forms of media. It is not possible to buy followers or likes, and there is no surefire way to get featured. This is when you need to start thinking.
When I first started actually trying to grow my account, I had a dog niche on my page (no I'm not a fucking furry.) I shitposted daily until I finally got featured and gained 2k subs. This is when my journey began.
I sold that account for $10 to a fairly new iFunny member. That was great for me because iFunny accounts are worth $1 per 1k subscribers.
Next with that $10 I bought a 4k subscriber account and bought a shoutout from a 230k who was actually the biggest account on the app at the time. I grew the account to 11k and I still have it to this day.
When I got 11k, CPA ads were new to iFunny and had incredibly high conversion rates. At the time I was using OGAds to do these. I made $90 in 3 days and started buying more accounts.
Nearly one year later, I have over 2.3mil subscribers total on iFunny, and am making lots of money from CPA ads ($120 is a lot to me). But then a catastrophe happened and I lost almost anything.
The app iFunny started to die out, so I sold all my accounts for way too cheap. I sold everything for around $1500 and left the app. It's been about a year since then and it's about to have a major update.
I am currently going back and trying to buy cheap accounts before the update, where I can rebuild my small empire.
If you ever do want to invest in iFunny accounts, do it now. Prices are low and profit will soon be high.
