IG+link shortener problem

Everytime I put my shortened link to IG it shows this. I have tried bit.ly also but same thing happens.
Anyone got any solution?

Your landing page is flagged already. You need to host your own landing page, use a cloaker or a pre-lander.

Using googl and bitly link shortners will cause you more harm than good. I would suggest not using them.
