I've been selling a variety of digital products for the past week and I'm having some trouble with people claiming that it wasn't them who used their account after I have sent them the activation key.

Has anybody else had this problem because at the moment Paypal is holding £102 from me and its getting frustrating.

Printing the key out and mailing them decreases of chances you get ripped off, but you will most likely lose 100% of cases filed against you for selling digital items if buyer claims NAD or no delivery.

thank for the advice dude, ive just got a new order now and will do that.... do you recommend anyways i can prove ive sent it to them after ive sent it to them in a letter?

I thought you could no longer sell digital products without sending an actual package.

Send everything with tracking. Signed for on delivery

I've been sending the activation key over the messages, may have been a rookie mistake but have been doing well so far. been selling steam activation codes like i saw in another thread... do you have experience on eBay?

thank man means a lot, I currently lost 1 case today which was really annoying. I have 2 orders come in today and was thinking about cancelling the order.... I'm not entirely sure if I should print the key activation off and put it in an envelope for sign for delivery

That would be safest, it still doesn't guarantee you won't have problems but if it is signed for you have a better chance at winning any disputes.

is there a service that allows me to send an envelop if i am living outside USA ?
