I think 4500 is enough for these keywords. The current websites ranking for these keywords barely have 45 words.
I'm using the URL locker with a survey form by CPAGrip.
I haven't even received the content yet. Once I get content and set it up, I'll buy the links.
I think I should start ranking just with the content in 3-4 weeks from now and I'll see the affect of the PBN links in about 7-8 weeks from now.
At least that's the plan.

This is my first CPA site in the Anime/Gaming niche. I've built and ranked other sites and now I'm just experimenting with some stuff.
If you want to learn stuff, there are much better threads on BHW than this one. There are some great threads that are pinned to the top. I would suggest reading those.
This is an experiment to build and rank a site for 100 bucks. If it works, that's all you'll learn. It won't be enough to rank different sites in different niches with difficult keywords.

The stuff I have for download is freely available too. But since so many people are searching for this on Google (30K+), I guess many people still don't know where to find these things, how to use torrents or maybe have the torrent websites blocked by their ISP.
That being said, I don't really know if people will actually fill out surveys to download this. They may just hit the back button and try out another site.
This experiment however, is to see whether a site can be built and ranked on a very low budget without compromising on anything except content quality.
If this works, I'm sure we'll all find ways to do the same thing in different niches that are much easier to monetise.

Oh i see, well my suggestion is once you rank this site, add another niches on inner pages, other niches will take a lot less time to rank compare to your main site.
Good luck though, make sure you monitor everything carefully, data = money

Update:
I just checked SERPBook to check the rankings of my other sites and my main keyword is now on Page 3
I haven't even received the content yet. The page only has a few headings based on the structure I created, an optimised title, an optimised Meta Description and an optimised image. There's nothing else on it. The domain was indexed for the first time just yesterday and my keyword is already on page 3.
I've sent all the expired domain backlinks to an indexer just to make sure that they all get indexed. With this unexpected ranking gain, I think with 4000 words of relevant content, I should be on page 2 without any additional link building.
@jiungsong said that social signals helped his site a lot. I'll consider sending a few social signals after I receive the content to see how it affects my rankings before I send any PBN links. Keeping aside cash for 3 months of links, I still have a few bucks left that I could probably use on Social Signals.
I'm also going to implement the great tip by @hacko (thanks again) and rank the homepage instead of inner pages. My new structure is now going to be a single homepage with 4000 words of content and an about us type of page with 500 words in addition to the TOS, Privacy Policy and Contact Us pages.

Are you planning to send pbn backlinks to homepage or actually inner page that you want to rank ?

Yup. Earlier the plan was to send the PBN links to the inner page. However now, I'm just going to add the content to the homepage and rank the homepage.

That's awesome. Since I already have a lot of Web 2.0 and other diversified links, I've decided to go with PBN posts instead of the Web 2.0 and Guest Post approach you took. Ranking a site in $52 is amazing!
