How to buy a FB page?

Hey, guys. Tomorrow I will buy my first FB page and wanted to know how can I prevent any tricks and games during the purchase? We've already agreed that the seller would give me moderation rights and after the payment is complete, he will make me an admin. Since I do not have any experience in this area, I'm worried I can easily be played and wanted to prepare myself with advice from you.

You may want to make sure the Facebook has some visitors and can help you rank better in search engines.I recommend you hire or ask a friend who is knowledgeable on traffic the site get per month or daily and how old is the page.I think there tool out there that can help you.

I will only deal with someone and pay first only if he is legit( either he is having a reputable account on bhw or you know him)
There are very scam already happening with facebook pages. so deal with cautios)
Or you can fix some middleman to do the deal. ( you pay the middleman and at the same time the middleman take the page from seller)
After everything is finalized he would transfer the page and money respectively.

The seller is not from BHW, the page is quite new, but it got hit by the "wave" and for a short time got around 5600 likes. It's a humouristic satire meme page about our own cultural stereotype (example: washes his teeth 3 times a day - using his roommate's tooth paste) . I've seen the analytics of the page, they are 90% from my country. The main problem is as I've stated that I don't want to be tricked and want to know how can I prevent it.

first of all even if he makes you admin (without removing himself) or editor or moderator or analyst its pointless

FIRST OF ALL MAKE SURE THE PAGE HAS NO "PAGE OWNER" (google it if you don't know what it is )
if it has page owner usually scammers says it's disabled dont deal with him!
If it has page owner tell him to remove it
then comes the trust who goes first face 2 face is the best deal

another serious issue is :
IF HE HAS CREATED THE PAGE on his specific profile that will make you admin he created the page from "0"fans
not if the page was 0 fans and he created it from another profile
anyway if has created the page then after you deal he can claim the page as hacked facebook will review that he was the full time owner and creator of the page and there are high chances that he will get it back or page ending up deleted"

It is good that the person is from your local country. Take it easy and don't make fast decisions.
