My PayPal Got Limited: Freaking Out :( Help!

Hey guys,
Please check the screenshots.

Everything is fine. I can update everything except the last one. Resolve Issues in your other accounts. When i click on that, I get this:

But the thing is, I don't have another paypal account with that email. I had one but that is closed. After this, I tried logging into that email. Tried the option "forget password". Nothing worked.

Freaked out :(

Did anybody face similar situation? Help me please

Call or email PayPal and they will help you out

Will they allow to do that? Even if the account is limited? Currently i am not being able to do any transfers (Can only receive fund)
 
call the support team .

I went through the same verification process a couple of months ago and failed to take care of one of the above steps , called them and sorted everything out the same day
 
Call paypal. In my experience, they respond better to calls. Forget email support. Email support is worthless. IMHO.

noted that you said " I had one but that is closed". Paypal did not allow you to make two identical account even with two different email except for business account. I ever have same problem with you and also have try to make a call and fullfill all requirement to solve the case, but in the end paypal has denied my account and i have to wait 180 days to withdraw funds.
 
PayPal are surprisingly nice to deal with on the phone just stay calm and professional and friendly yourself and there's a good chance it'll be resolvable.
 
If your money and account is important to you, then get on the phone with PayPal and sort things out.
 
Update: Got our account back guys. Provided the required documents asked. Lots of questions. 1.10 hours in phone. At the end, got things fixed.

Did they ask anything about that once closed account? I think i have one closed that had the same or similar name, but didn't have any problems IIRC.

Good to hear that ! i have some problem in november and due to paypal denied my account so i have to wait until may to withdraw the balance paypal, congrats for better result by contact paypal staff :)
