i wonder if this can be prevented at the beginning if mods have a database sharing among themselves
or as simple as having a shared google sheet and copy some domain list, just few steps
1. trim the links to root
2. remove duplicate
3. some ctrl c + v + f

then when another mod review a pbn sellers, this can be cross checked?

If you're still buying heavily into public PBN links this sort of thing is just one of your many problems. There is a reason that I went from buying into nearly every new PBN service on the marketplace to virtually zero.
