It is hard for someone to prove that they didn't like your page and we have never heard of any issues from customers for this type of thing. Even if a person did report your page to FB saying that they didn't like it, they can't really prove that they didn't like it. If someone reports your site to FB (which I have also never heard of happening) then FB will simply take action against the site instead of the FB page.

The reason for this is that I could install the Like Jacker on 100 of my sites and blast your FB page with 10,000's of Jacked likes. Because FB are unable to prove a link between the ownership of the websites and the FB page then all they can do is take action against the websites where the Like Jacking is going on.
