Very hard to unblock a paypal account
Usally suspended for 90 days.
What happen ,
Was it a new account and you was receving big bucks?
Was to many transaction denyed?

The account is brand new , It has maybe a month? It was used for selling things on ebay, I tried to withdraw 60 pounds from paypal to another account and I couldnt because I t was saying something like " Paypal error , try later" I tried to do this couple of times and after that I logged off, Then logged back in and This message came out saying that I was trying to log on paypal with different devices and I have to proof my identity by either sending them ID or receive an text message which I can't because the number that I have on this PP doesn't really exists...

You can only know open a stelth account your have to buy one from the misc of this forum , there no other way sorry.

What the fuck is wrong with PP! Money we earn isn't there's! What happens if someone had a 100k on there and they froze the account? Has anyone got legal advice against them to get there money back. I'm sure some people rely on this money in PP

Unfortunately the money in your PayPal belongs to PayPal. They just owe you that sum, just like a regular bank. The money you have in your bank account belong to the bank and they owe you that amount. Till you have fiat / cash, it's the only thing you can own, financially.

as long as money is yours Noone can take it. they attempte to took 14K euro but within 6 months matter get sloved after a long Marthon with them via phone and e-mails, Although i have filled afew complaint against them here in europe

Most marketers do business online with PP. I saw marketers go into their PP account with a few hundred thousands in their PP account. What is the safest way? keep withdrawing a couple of hundred bucks out of your PP account every week and keep money to cover certain business cost in your PP account

Unless you like to brag, why would you want so much money in PayPal? I panicked the first time I reached 6 digits in my bank account a couple years ago. now I have mid-5 over many many countries, many many banks. Feels better with diversification.
