[$Journey$] Passive income with BHW

Hello

This will be me second journey on BHW and will be completely different from from me first and successful journey. Since me main source of traffic (tumblr) is slowly dying and i hate IG, i want try something different for long term and with minimum work. I have decided to go with amazon authority site (i have been banned from adsense long time ago when i have started IM), have read here few interesting and successful journeys so got inspired from that.

Since i have no idea how to build such site and also have no idea about SEO i will outsource most of the work. I want to use mostly only BHW services, so this journey will be also review of the services i buy.

I have found some sellers that are making amazon authority sites on marketplace so only thing is to decide who to pick(if you have any recommendations let me know). I will go only with one site so i can learn from this and if it will be successful i can scale or even try create own site.

The plan:
- In next days finally decide and order the site
- get domain and probably hosting too
- learn basics about SEO, find good service here
- after site will be finished focus find good service here on SEO
- use some tips from this method
- get first sale and start ranking and not loose focus
- rank to #1 of main kw and profit
- scale and profit

The Goal
Test if is possible to rank and bank with authority site while having zero knowledge about SEO and writing content, researching product and kw. Also see if the services that are sold here have value and are useful and provide reviews of services brought. Also if it will be successful which means i get ranked to #1 and get sales, the thread can be guide for other people.

Update 1

Finally brought service last week for site creation, got brandable domain, hosting also first concept of site with keywords.
Soon there will be first articles so i will be reading and learning more about SEO. Nothing much else done.

Expenses so far:
Domain $9.06
Hosting for 1 year $11,75
Website creation $222,30
Total: $243,11

Site is 1 month old now, just registered on amazon so articles need to be updated with affiliate links also want to add product comparison table to main article.
Brought some SEO here from marketplace already got report so site should start ranking.
Ordered gigs on fiverr to find forums in niche and then create accounts for them so i can get some traffic from them too (This guide 5a).
Got trial acc on serpbook so i can see if site will start climbing. In next weeks i will order more gigs for forum posting.
Not much more can be done probably just wait to get ranked, some minor tweaks and learn more about SEO/ what to do.
Yes its slow compared to what i was used to but i'm still focused and can't wait for first sale.

Just quick update, not much done just finally added affiliate links, still waiting for some minor fixes.
But finally site started ranking few days back was on 98 position now at 23 for main kw!

Update 4
Site have almost 2 months now. Most of forum post are done also ordered one gig for posting comments, done social media accounts and every few days posting link to each post + doing some manual following. Traffic is minimal and ranking only 5 kw had in best day 8, main keyword dropped from 24 to 84 since last update. WIll see if the comments help little. Not sure if it normal such bouncing.
Host is sloooow {4-10s} already found another waiting for site backup so i can restore it in new host hope this helps with rankings too. No sales so far. Added native ads to end of each article.

As mentioned host is terrible waiting for the new one.

also found this in WMT, waiting for reply from person who made the site how to fix that and if it affect ranking

Plan for next weeks fix issues that have been found and see if site move up + continue social media

If it's WordPress then you need to paste this in the functions.php file:

function themeslug_remove_hentry( $classes ) {
if ( is_page() || is_single() ) {

}
return $classes;
}
add_filter( 'post_class','themeslug_remove_hentry' );

this will remove the hentry class from the pages on your site so it won't give you the error.
It won't help you with SEO as much as you think but why not fix errors if you can

Update 5
Bad news was busy with other things and found out that my site was hacked
My main article had title HaCkEd By RxR HaCkEr and rewritten url
Changed pwds, restored post but still having trouble with the URL!
I have changed it back to original and it works strange, on homepage the URL is still the hacked url but title is changed, when i click on the article it redirect to the original good post and also the URL is at should be so im confused how is that possible. Was checking GWMT and found out that from 23 sitemap index only 7 working now so resubmitted sitemap.
Changed functions.php as rmoses123 week back but GWMT show same results about the structured data.
Would love hear some suggestions how to fix the url on homepage.

Update 6

Finally got faster host not the best but better than the old one, installed wordfence and it helped with the bad link.
All sites are indexed again.
Sadly rankings are poor and after 2+months 0$ earned!

Maybe i made mistake at beginning to point the SEO package + PBN links to one article instead of homepage, main kw is 96 position at first was on 23! Its possible that because i had some downtime + the hack site is penalized or something and i need more backlinks?

Well it was problem with WP http://thehackernews.com/2017/02/wordpress-hack-seo.html and i was not checking site at the time so had no idea it was hacked for few days.
