Scammed by MWSHY

Scammed by @MWSHY for $260.
So this guy tried to sell me an instagram account worth $260.
All was okay and i said him that he looked new on BHW so he should send me details first of instagram account and then i will pay him as i am verified seller on BHW and he can trust me. His previous email of that account was:

You can see username and password(which he changed later) in above attachment. So after he sent me account details first, i changed emaill and phone no. of account before sending payment. After changing all the necessary details(his acct was business one) i sent him payment:

After sending him payment when i tried to login to account(account was automatically logged out), it said invalid password so i though it can ne some sort of error and i tried to reset password and when i sent "Send to code to email" this thing popped up:

It can be clearly seen that he recovered the account(i don't know how) and entered his previous email. His skype username is: martinsh8 .
Is there any way i can get refund on paypal? This guy clearly scammed me and i can send any details mod asks but i am trying to find a way to get my refund.

I know he is permanently BLOCKED but some below information is really important for all of us so we can recognize him if he do business here again.

First he hired me for small job from BHW.

Then after finished his small job successfully, he hired me for 3 more projects together.
I did 3 projects for him and here is the deal:
3 Projects in $300USD. ($120USD Upfront Paid!)

After successfully completed the job its time to release remaining balance $180USD. BUT he making me FOOL and give me excuses since last 1 week...AND never paid my $180USD remaining balance.
All I found he is not interested to reply my messages on Skype and not pay my remaining balance.

At-last when I try to search about him I found this POST which completely proof that this person MWSHY is a SCAMMER.

That's most likely not him in the profile picture. A lot of scammers/hackers impersonate LinkedIn users to seem more legitimate. They use their details, pictures and names to come across as a real person. If you have a way to verify that the scammer is the guy in the picture, please share it here.

So your "proof" doesn't prove anything and you could be accusing an innocent person of something someone else did.

Hi, Please don't do business with blackhatworld com members sakiv.36760 - this member. He claims other's work as his "own work" and then charges for extra work AND don't even complete the previous work he has promised before, please check the screenshots below, as you will understand what I'm talking about.

His real name is Vikas Jain.

He tells me I have scammed him and not paid full amount of money(But why I have to pay him for work he hasn't completed??), although I have paid him first 50% advance as he told me he will deliver his work, but he didn't. I told him I will pay the other 50% if he will complete the work but he didn't complete it and the work quality was just terrible.

So why the quality was terrible? - We worked together on little projects, and he told me he fixed WPML bug for flags + some texts that needed correction. I can show you proof that I'm now contacting WPML to fix this issue, because I paid this Vikas Jain to actually fix this! SO Please tell me, why should I pay for work that hasn't delivered? Please answer me.

I paid him for the project and this project, amount that he only actually earned and delivered but the other works was not completed successfully + he tried to claim my work as his own TO GET EXTRA money out of me.

This guy also threatened me through whatsapp and told me he has all my website backup and he will sell all of them, so this is called scammed?

I NEVER suggest anyone to use this guys services, he is the one who claims as honest service provider, but can't even deliver his work + claims other work as his, then appologies like nothing happened.

WebmasterDriver, I replied to all your messages and asked you questions, why does your work is not completed and also why does the things keep breaking + not working? You just kept flaming me about the payment that you haven't earned! I also told him that I will pay the remaining amount(For the work he didn't complete) just to gather more proof of this unhonest, unpolite person. After all this, I admit I blocked him as well, because he was threatening me through calls.
