Does anyone here use computer voices in their YouTube Videos?
If so are you making any money with them?

I see people in the comments of videos with computer voices always complaining about them.
I think they are way better than people just using note pad.

Using websites like socialblade it looks like a lot of these channels are making decent money.

Thoughts comments?

It depends on the video. If it's just a simple video for CPA stuff go ahead and use computer voices. But a human voice professionally recorded would convert much better.
You can get those off skype for 5$.

Sometimes the software converting voice to text is produces some poor quality computer voice. That is why people are put off by it. What is the best text to speech software on the market?

Human voice works far better than computer.People feel you when you use real voices.

Just use your real voice. It is more authentic and is much better.
Doesn't matter if you have an accent when you speak English or you're not comfortable with your voice. People still prefer to listen to a real person over listening to a monotone robot.
It is kinda like calling a support line and getting a response from a computer versus a company representative.

It seems more people recommend using your own voice.

No matter how it sounds.

I have been using text to speech but now I am going actually buy a mic and use my real voice. I think it will make my videos at least slightly better and any edge over the competition is good.

I highly recommend getting a blue yeti microphone. It's a little pricey, but the quality is amazing. It's the standard mic for most who stream live on Twitch.tv for a reason.

Yeah the premium package is your best bet, but it's $60 for 100 minutes of text to speech. I guess the good news is if you do 5 minute videos you can pump out 20 of them per purchase.

Good luck with whatever you choose tho!

Just get a good microphone and you are done. Need to spend time with tools easy voiceover.

I was using computer voice but now I will use my real voice since its free and an improvement on the computer voice. I like to do things correct the first time. That way I dont have to do it again.

Yes ivona is definitely one of the better ones way better than microsoft sam lol

What do you mean mass videos? 5+ five videos is not a lot not sure what you mean.

i missed the k.
I do not mean *one* video which brings you 100k views, but 5000 videos bring you 100k views in total... (example)
If there is one out there who wants to exchange - write me a pm ;- )
