Only use it with real card or paypal with the same name.

I have an account that got deactivated the second I added my payment method even though it matches the address. On the form that you send to them If I put the fake fb accounts name and id it won't work right?

Match the name,address everything what you can.

It is better to match. But its not 100% necesary. Based on my experience the core thing is the country match. Any of my accounts match the card name and the person profile. If you need to use different country payment methods (something common as generally you ll find personal profiles outside your country) there is a method to be done that I can share to you via private message if needed.
Take in count that still one of the most important thing is the history of activity of the personal profile and that history be supported by cookies in the browser you are using. At some point IP also plays an important role, but if you just use residential ips of same country of account personal profile you will be fine. But of course is better to use same ip (or ip range if is dynam ip) that the acc has been using in the past.

Yeah, take for example a business owner that want to promote his biz, but don't have a fb account. (doesn't happen very often but there are some cases)

It's totally legit and doable imo, with proper settings.

IMO the matching country by itself is not enough. If you buy a profile,than most probably the creation country going to be already different.
Than you have to change the name...bad already.
To have a long lasting profile:
match the country and creation country
match the name and the name on card - paypal.
Be active profile,can't abandon and use it only for advertising.
Aged account...
Most important : be able to verify the profile with an ID also if something goes south.

According to what I understood, vcc's are not working with FB.
There are services that sell facebook ads accounts for let say about 500 600 usd and there are others that rent accounts for about 100 usd + budget spent + commission on what have been spent.
The issue is that it is very difficult to find serious sellers that accept paypal or bank wire payments.
And most of those I talked with require about 500 usd daily budget.

On my experience the card matching it isn´t a must. But the ZIP code play an important role over there.
For me nowadays the most important thing is the cookies history of the account. If you do not respect the cookies patern you ll be probably banned for unusual activity.
Also a sign that something in your method is wrong when you have the " first ad ban" that mean that you create a first ad and can scalate (budget) as far as you want. But when creating a second ad (or putting under review the first one) the account is banned for unusual activity. Although there is a solution for these bug, the best is to respect the healthy practices from beginning to develop a long live account.

As I say for me match names isn´t a must. Mutch ZIP CODE is something important and yet isn´t a match. Anyway if you need a credit card service where you can edit the ZIP & Country let me know. I wil share via PM.

Look, anyway card matching is not one of the most important things on the game. Be aware of use a old real profile with great activity (2 or more years) beeing used on the same pc (cookies is important) with a residential IP and you will be fine. There are things that are not a "must" on the creation process but they may cause the unusual activity of the account if the other things are not solid enough.

My advice is go for AdExpresso. Is what most acc farmers/marketers use. Anyway you will have a lose rate when uploading the new accounts on adexpresso and running the first add thru adexpresso.

Yeah that's what I'm using now.. I've been having issues with losing accounts soon as ads payment.. sucks.. have you ever seen anything like that?

False Farming, Bad Ip, etc. Bets bet is to farm inside of Android Based VMs or take it a step further and invest in Cheap old Android Phones and working it by hand
