OP, thanks for everything, but i moved, not suitable for my needs.Plenty of random 404's, tried importing a feed, failed everytime, even if importing 1 by 1.
Your hosting may be a good option for a few churn and burn projects, but not for long term ones.
You'd better resell free hosting from iFastnet (just an advice, i'm no affiliate).

I can't seem to connect with ftp, and there is no softaculous so I can't install wordpress

You can use cPanel Wordpress Installer from cPanel >> Software >> Site Software >> Wordpress.
