Are your YouTube comments really safe? Or can they drop? And what kind of usernames do they have? I want to buy regularly for a friend, he really needs them. Is it possible to write with Indian usernames?

Hey, please answer on the support ticket or skype, I got double charged for subs... and then I was sent two orders of 500 views instead of any subs at all. So I effectively paid like 45 dollars for 1000 views which is ridiculous. Seriously need a refund on that order and have 500 subs sent instead but am looking forward to continuing using the service.

Okay... the panel is seriously bugged... all it does is views... it doesn't matter what you select. Subs, likes, anything... all you get is views. I ordered 1000 subs... got 1000 views for $45. Most expensive views ever. I ordered a bunch of likes... again... all I got was views. When I ordered views... I got views. They were high ranking and I liked that. But I still haven't received the vast majority of the things I payed for because of this poorly made panel. I'm using Chrome as my browser but Chrome is so common it shouldn't be an issue. Support tickets are never answered, and when they are it just says go to skype but never really answers or resolves anything there either. He asks for the order numbers... I give them... and he just tells me 'they have been processed'... Yes they were processed with views instead of what I wanted and what I paid for.

The guy should delete everything but view options from the panel because that is all he sends... views... nothing else regardless of what you specify.

EDIT: This issue has now been resolved
