Ordered end of December. Never got an account. Asked for refund which he said he will do, never did. In a paypal dispute since Jan 17... He stopped replying to me since about 2 weeks now.

Sorry @OldSalt for posting but I guess this is business advice for the seller who got listed
We all cock up at least once in business but most us put our hands up and simply say 'sorry' or 'I messed up' and resolve before negative feedback gets thought about.
However, being silent will cause you issues, more so when....

Sorry for the disappointment. It was due to some local issues we faced here.
I have no issues in refunding and did refund who ever needed. OP's don't need refund, so that I delivered the service. And for @evilness99 check your old PMs, I asked you for the transaction details many times, when thread was closed I cant post in my BST.

So why did you let PayPal decide rather than just refund once they opened the resolution?

A mod actually 'liked' my comment which simply stated the rules... so I'm not acting like one and it was very much related to the shit list to help the accuser out. My other question was made to the seller as his service actually looked decent and by the looks of it. All was resolved, just not by him in one case

This is total bullshit. First of all you know damn well I can't PM, and you sent me ONE pm on Monday, not multiple. Gotta stop with your lies my friend. I already gave you the transaction number over skype and you ignored me for days after promising a refund. Literally the next day that Paypal refunds me all of a sudden you come out of hiding and reply here? How appropriate.

Not only he didn't respond but there're 2 screenshots in this thread clearly showing he read this thread. And to that seo guy saying: "just not by him in one case" Go check his initial thread, there are multiple paypal disputes not one it's just that they got their refund before this thread was made.

Not sure whats your problem. Hope you got refund, I said I was not in position to to respond or check thread or skype of past 2 weeks due to local issues. Hope you can understand I didn't claim any disputes that happened in last 2 weeks. I dont have second thought to refund any one who din't received account.
