I've asked for a refund in 3 different places for this service before it began service and they are really making it hard and taking forever to just refund. I would have considered ordering from them again but honestly if it's going to take 3 days to get a simple refund, I don't think i will put trust into these guys anymore.

Talked to unknown_zero, imsupport and their help desk and everyone is throwing me to different places. Very unprofessional.
