1. What means "hosted" and "no hosted" account, what's difference?

2. What's price for per account? Please do not make it high because I'm really low on budget as my previous Adsense account got banned before couple of days with $400 in it lost.

If you don't know difference between hosted and non hosted than you don't need new account. First read all about Adsense than buy one when you know what are you doing.

Bro I use Adsense 4 years already and lost 2 accounts by now. Last I lost before couple of days so need to buy a new one. Why being a jerk instead you could reply me with helpful answer maybe. But it's more easier for you being a jerk I suppose.

If I have a US AdSense account with US address on it and then i login from a different country everyday, wouldn't that initiate a ban from Google? I need someone to answer this please.
