1. Its up to you. Someone do it someone not. Either you do GSA blust but i got best result to use cheap PBN links as 2nd tier.
2. Yes you can. Again up to you but whatever how many times you linked to same money site ref. domain will be same always.
3. Best practice for me to link 3-5 times from a single blog. To play safe, i would suggest 3 is the best no. Now it doesn't mean if you create 10 blogs you will link 30 times 3 from each. That's a clear footprint. Just to randomize your no to look natural. In one word, you can use same platform to link back your inner pages.

In last two months, I have ordered a total of 25 web2.0 orders. OP has delivered all within TAT, Support has been really good.
The content quality is really good for your tier 1 properties, with filler content all the properties looks pretty decent. A good gig to buy for your tier 1.

Is it possible to choose which Web 2.0 platforms we get? I noticed that you mentioned beep.com, which I've never been able to get indexed, and I saw that your sample was Bravesites.com, which is a nofollow link.
