Instagram temporary fallow ban. Need advice.

Hey everyone, Yesterday I got temporary fallow ban so I'am here looking for advice. My account have 1.2k fallowers and I heard that when you get temporary ban ig keeps their eye on so maybe it's better to create new account or grow the same ? also would be great to know how long it took for your accounts to get unbaned ?

It's my first post so sorry if break some rules, tell me and I ill remove it.

first time follow-ban is under <24h. they incrementally increase the length every succedent time. i think the upper range is 7d.

I usually get ban after following more then 1k ao after ban i reduced it to 600-700

All depends on the delay and how many people you follow per day.

I know I just was testing the ig limits so noticed that more then 1.4k is dengerous zone.
