Saying not to do something because its illegal is pretty stupid on a black hat website. I wouldn't care if somebody shill bid because if I want something I'm only willing to pay X amount of dollars for it anyway so you're not really costing me anything I don't want to spend. I will pm the OP if I want to make an offer.
