Shopify + Paypal | What do I need to set it up?

I've been reading on here for a while about IM and tried some methods to drive traffic for products I created on TeeSpring. Now I want to try other products and start an ecommerce store.

I don't think I can accept credit cards without registering a business name, tax info and all that so that rules stripe out.

But what is req. to set up Paypal? And is integrating Paypal Standard easier/less red tape than Paypal express?

But if you want to be fully verified so you won't have restrictions you need a bank account, tel.nr and a (debit) cc.

And I don't need a business Paypal account for this no? Just my personal one

I use my personal paypal. But after your store maintain good sales, it is better if you upgrade to business account since personal account have so many restriction. So many time ask for verification. So stay calm for few month. A little tips. Never submit document for verification before you call the customer support. It make your account much tougher in future.
