Best backlinks for tier 1

Hey guys,
I am starting a new project and willing to work as good as possible as far as backlinks are concerned. In my past, I never did tiered linking and maybe that's the reason I failed every time.
Now my question isn't about how to build backlinks, I know there are thousands of threads already created on this subject.
I will be creating tier 1 manually followed by tier 2 and 3 using scrapebox and gsa ser.
Now, what type of backlinks do you suggest for manual tier 1.
I am thinking about

- x5 spinned articles to be used on high pa web 2.0 such as tumblr, weebly, blogspot, jimdo and overblog.

- 5 ******** pdf submissions. All spinned content . (I don't have any info regarding ******** pdf websites. Please recommend me 4-5 websites if you know

- text into audio and then submitting to the websites like youtube, vimeo, metacafe, dailymotion etc (please recommend me some ******** video submission websites if you know )

- 5 ******** photo submission websites (please recommend me some websites)

- 100-150 social signals for each article on my money site.(fb, twitter, pinterest, stumbleupon, delicious, vk)

- 5-10 bookmarking websites to share all tier1 links

Part 2. backlinks of all the tier 1 using gsa search engine ranker and scrapebox (dripfeed 2 weeks)

part 3. backlinks of all tier 2 using gsa ser (dripfeed 2 weeks)

part 4: indexification to index everything..


Is that all? please share your views if I am missing anything. Also if you know more types of backlinks good for tier 1 , let me know. Thanks

Oh btw, I am choosing keyword difficulty of less than 30 (according to kwfinder)

probably because google detects bad words like hacks and such, then associates such websites with bad stuff
or maybe cause ******** was keyword with biggest density used on bhw

Back in 2012 that would have been a great plan, yeah. Spun content, GSA blasts, indexing services. That was all huge a few years ago. Unless your niche is very easy and/or very spammy you may find it hard to rank well like that in 2017. I don't use keyword finder, but for hopefully its right and that IS an easy niche.

Thanks for your response but maybe you missed the point. I am asking for the best type of backlinks for tier 1 for example, you can say, focus on web 2.0 and this etc for tier 1 ,
mmm, take it this way, you need to manually create tier 1 backlinks for an easy keyword. what types of backlinks would you do?

For Tier 1 its about diversity and power. What you are doing is good for diversity in tier one. But you don't have the power to take you up the rankings. You need moer quality web 2.0. I would increase to about 10 web 2.0, and and some PBN / Guest Posts.

Use PBNs as tier 1s or any form of contextual links on powerful domains.
