Hi,
I want to verify my Canadian created PayPal. Already 60% verification done. Now I want to make that 80%. So I want to verify that by CC. Can anyone help me where I can get any virtual CC for PayPal verification? Is there any thread in BHW marketplace.

I heard you can buy virtual CC(VCC) to verify your PP, though I never done this, seems working. Go to marketplace and find a vendor.
