The traffic is cold, they’re redirected visitors with no intent so user interaction is minimal in many cases.

Do we have to contact customer support with every order to get the tracking link? I placed one order and had to do it that way. Now I've placed 2 more orders with no tracking link. Fine if we have to contact Customer Support with every order, but I'm not seeing anyone else mentioning this so checking to see if the tracking link comes for everyone else.

Hi, if you shorten the url yourself with goo.gl then you dont need to contact us for the tracking url. If you give us the original link, we have to shorten it. We send you the tracking url upon request. Hope that answers your question.
