may be the videos you uploading to new channels have same model and somehow they figure it out..
when you render the video it saves PC name info in tags.. somehow it may link to YT algorithm.. once a certain pattern is flagged.. its flagged

best to stay safe is replace the pc but you can still atleast replace the network card (mac address).. with a fresh install of OS and everything and use a different username to login to your pc..
plus YT calculates the pixels and waveforms to check uniqeness.. people normally invert /mirror the visual.. or place the visual downscaled into some loopable bg.. speed a bit the audio to change waveform check..

yes may be.. as once the flag has been generated.. the assigned staff will manually keep checking it.. thats how it works i guess..
so if you plan to upload original productions.. keep using it.. if not.. better to change the account..
