YouTube account terminated Please help

Hi my YouTube channel got terminated (all my fault) due to copyright strikes. After that I made many channels linked to the same Adsense account but all got disabled. I made a new Adsense and new YouTube account still my account got disabled. so my questions are:
1. What to do that my new YouTube channel linked with new or old adsense account doest get disabled?
2. If I use new computer with new IP address , new adsense, new bank account, different payee name , still my account will get disabled?
3. If they track someone's IP address and disable their account then why my brother's account is not getting disabled coz his Adsense account has same details as mine just the name different even the payee name and bank account?
4. If I make a YouTube channel and link it to MCN and not Adsense still it will get disabled?
5. Please give a proper solution so that I can make a new YouTube channel with new adsense and start earning money .

Have the same problems. I think you should go with a new ip address.

3. Nobody knows why your brother's account's still alive. Youtube haven't told us and it never will.

4. If you get copyright strikes, your channel will be disabled!

5. Just play by Youtube rules, or you can try to cheat and one day your channel will be disabled. No one knows how to cheat and keep his channel alive forever.

Now I create my own videos but don't have a yet to upload it coz I didn't new the rules in starting. Please someone help please. It is my only way to earn

I tried to create new channel with new adsense account it worked for 2 weeks but after that it again got disabled. It happened to me for 7 YT channels all got disabled.

It's because your gmail account is new. You should buy some old gmail accounts. I hope it will help!

I'm thinking of uploading my videos on dailymotion but i read some articles where it says it pays very less than YouTube coz it has less visitors than YouTube. Does anyone have personal experience on dailymotion?

Yes go with a new Ip or VPN. Youtube tracks the IPs and footprints

The only way dailymotion will work is if people search on google and your video shows up. I don't think there is much people that visit daily motion directly. I am thinking of dailymotion as well tho.

True. Are you able to use YT and make money after you got terminated?

may be the videos you uploading to new channels have same model and somehow they figure it out..
when you render the video it saves PC name info in tags.. somehow it may link to YT algorithm.. once a certain pattern is flagged.. its flagged
