Domain with 5k BING Backlinks

Greetings,

I'v discovered domain that is still not registered (not expired), but already has around 5000 BING backlinks. Also it has exact niche keywords in it. Nothing more.

Is it worth to start working with it? What best practice would you offer?

Best what I'v could think is:

- Resell it for potential customers
- Rent sub-domain
- Create my own project, build it and monetize. In this case what models you think fits best here?

If the backlinks are HQ and you can build on that niche, then I believe it is the best option among the 3.

if the domain clean and good, yep why not (you also stated it has niche relevance ) do you also know the RD

What stands RD for? I'v checked and those are HQ backlinks with hight PR mostly.
Most important question for me now is - won't backlinks disappear after registration?

RD (RDD) is referring domains, (@Nargil explains this very well) if you dont have much RDDs then I wouldn't go for it.
an example would be, I found a good DN with 1200Bls but only 6 RDDs. now this is a choice some might go for it and some wont. for me I woudnt, cause, if I lose those 6 RDs then i will lose all the 1200Bls

exactly, the lower the amount of RDs the bigger the chance of those backlinks being removed. but occationally there are those domains that are worth the risk... so without seeing exact stats, it can be hard to say. btw. PR is dead -- I wouldn't count on it.

I'm confused a bit. Is it possible that never registered domain could have RDs? If so how could I check them?

Or do you mean it's unique referring domains?
If those 5000 backlinks are from 1000 unique urls (i.e apple.com/..., hello.com/.. and etc) is good?

Well the fact that the domains has a lot of backlinks and isn't registered and is free to register can only mean one thing. That those links are either spammy or the domain history is bad. And with exact niche keywords in the name, I would be $1K off the bat, that the domain is not fine at all. Feel free to send it to me for checking, I think I can be trusted no problem and I will take a look. I wouldn't expect much from it if I were you though.

And with exact niche keywords in the name, I would be $1K off the bat, that the domain is not fine at all. Feel free to send it to me for checking, I think I can be trusted no problem and I will take a look. I wouldn't expect much from it if I were you though.

Can you explain me - how NEVER registered domain can have bad history?
"exact niche keywords in the name" - i mean domain name like clothingexhibition and etc..

It's definitely an expired domain, unless people are running link blasts on inexistent websites.

A typo is a speling errar. For example fasebook.com

SE will not react, because the site is 90%+ penalized. Otherwise, expired domains with strong backlink profiles receive a brutal boost. This will not be a case.

Yes it is similar to typo. So what would happen for such domain i.e I found goohle.com and it was by mistake left in 5000 high authority, do-follow and permanent pages? And it was NEVER registered.

It would honestly be easier if you would already shown the domain to someone reputable who can give you an opinion. This leads nowhere to be honest.
