Instagram Help, My 1.2M account disabled

I have tried all of the methods,and also the hacked method and i keep getting back this message :
Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won't be able to reactivate it.
Can anyone help ?

Yeah, the best you can do is write them admitting fault and give it time.. hope you didn't put all your eggs in one basket bud.

Which rules did you break? Did you advertise something you shouldn't? Did you get fake likes, etc?
 
Hack method? I am interested what is that, to hack Instagram database ? ummmm, I think now only method is try to find some stuff worked in there and re-open your account stealth or go to their HQ and fxxk them all.

you need to ask them why you were you banned if you ar enot aware.say you get hacked is 1 idea
 
In the same situation with a really active smaller account, if anyone could get it back for me pm me, also when the account got disabled it listed my device as spam I believe and i cant login to any accounts on the device which isn't really a problem because i've got another phone but another account that was logged into the device got listed as a spam account and now photos posted to the account don't show up in the hashtags I use for the account if anyone can help please pm me as I can't pm first since I don't have enough posts

So don't believe anybody that they can bring your account back. I know you've lost big thing, but... Start again, it's impossible to get this account back.
