Can someone help me to back my account to normal? 3x this week they make this.

I run multiple instagram accounts for clients.All the accounts are working just fine. Sometimes some account gets disabled it happens sure whatever, but fortunately I always get them back. The problem is 2 of my clients accounts got disabled and like always I get them back but these 2 accounts...

I have tried all of the methods,and also the hacked method and i keep getting back this message : Your account has been disabled for not following the Instagram Community Guidelines and we won't be able to reactivate it. Can anyone help ?
