Hi musafir,

We can't guarantee first page rankings as there are too many factors out of our control. It's a one time report after we've finished drip feeding the links. For the pbn links, it's a partial report of screen shots of some of the links. The other links will be a full report of all links placed. We can't show samples of the sites in th pbn network in order to keep it as private and secure as possible.
