What I have done is to re-size partition after creating each IG account. That deletes everything on Bluestacks. Change all settings in Tweaker. Then I log in to Google Store with new PVA Gmail account, download IG and create account with gmail. I run Proxifier software with 1 dedicated IP address through Bluestacks. Takes about 5 minutes to create 1 IG account and costs about $.45 for each PVA Gmail acccount. Not sure if it's wort it to do it this way?

How do you this on Nox Player? Tried changing the IMEI and GUID using DeviceFaker app but I still got too many users registered on this device error

Gotta say... you've saved everyone asses here for sure.
One question tho, shouldn't we use the same Device ID, IP, etc... to login again into the IG account that was created under that Device ID, IP, etc..?

Forget about logining into them and just use a bot?

Yes, this technique works well for creating pinterest and twitter accounts.
I believe it's better to create your own accounts. Both of the suppliers you mentioned use software to create bulk accounts. This means that the user agent data for the browser might not be unique. The account is created using russian or non-US IP address. And often times use .Ru email. All of these can easily be flagged by instagrams algorithm.
I purchase USA PVA gmail, yahoo, outlook and gmx emails. Use rotating residential proxies on 5-10 min switch and create an instagram, twitter, and pinterest account with each email. Randomize browser agent data if creating accounts in a browser.
This way you can have a niche specific username/name, account created on US residential IP, PVA USA email account. I find this way works better but maybe I'm wrong.

How about Linkedin? I haven't made any before...
1. Activate one US proxy (Proxy Cap software)
1. Make US email address (Gmail/Hotmail/etc)
2. Make US Linkedin account
3. Change proxy, repeat
I am from Canada, any thoughts on this?

That will work. Make sure to clean cookies, etc after those operations.

If you have a dynamic IP then just change that ... not really a need to use ProxyCap.
