How best to monetize? Need advice

Hi all,

My latest venture is a local job board, and I'm strapped for good ways which I can monetize the site while maintaining a good UX.

I've been running adsense & indeed job ads, but due to my relatively low traffic volume (only a few months old), there's not a significant amount earned from either ($0.60 from adsense + $1.50 from indeed - how can I improve this???)

While my traffic is quite low at the moment, I do get some (20-150 daily pageviews), it's highly targeted.

Can anyone give me some advice on how I can build some decent income from this?

If u are doing adsense then better you do seo and get more traffic.

Not sure what your business is all about but here are my 2 cents.

I would make a proper keyword research and pick 3 - 5 main keywords low/med competition. Check Google and look for my top competitors which are ranking for these keywords. Analyse in-depth what they are doing and make some notes. Make sure to put the final picked keywords in my website title and descritpion which is getting shown when gooling the URL of my site. After this has been done I would contact some good article writer and tell him my keywords, the link to my website and ask him to write a 1.500 word article. It should be manual written, 100% unique and plagiarism free.

As soon as you put the article on your site and also updated your websites title and description you could start off by doing some decent SEO to your website.

Thats what I would do at least.
