Since i bought the software i face lot of issues. I am running 5 accounts with dedicated proxy ( one proxy per account). I face the the below issues..

1/ The bot not starting on scheduled time
2/ After posting one or two pins its stopped working
3/ After following 2 to 3 users..its stopped working..

Be honest..its not working properly..the developed helpmed on day1 after that he disappeared..
 
The bot is NOT WORKING....
After it posting 2 pins stopped...after following few users its stopped...
I have contacted the seller many times..no luck...
Does this bot works to anyone??

How to get refund?? wasting of money
 
I have requested refund as the seller is not available to fix the issue...

Could you kindly send me an email to [email protected] with a few screenshots to explain your issue?
The queue editor works just fine, but maybe you have encountered a nasty bug.

My apologies for my late reply.
I was indeed unable to reply to you in a timely manner. Therefore I issued you a full refund, no questions asked :)

I have also investigated the logs/errors coming from your PinBot instance.
There were quite a few, and 99% of them were connection issues.
I believe there's an issue with your proxies not working properly with PinBot.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you guys,

My apologies, the new PayPal refund system didn't process the refund immediately, but I believe it should now be solved :)

As a result I've released update 3.0.9.6 which has the problem fixed.

can't upload images from system to pinterest board. I email you but this is not working can you please help..
 
Not working follow option it stopped follow after 20-30 follows. Have Sent you email, still no reply
 
Hi Ilya,

Sent email as requested with my license code re issues with pinbot (hanging, not starting, not pinning/ repinning etc).

Could you check out my logs and advise please?

PS proxies aren't the issue as one account runs naked and suffers the same problems. I do think it maybe something linked to the huge CPU overhead that pinbot in its java form requires. Is there anything I can do to reduce this?
