Scraping Youtubers emails, what to do with them?

So I created a tool for a person that didn't show up in the end. But basically the program takes a keyword, creates a bunch more of relating keywords, then starts visiting channels looking for emails.
Each starting keyword generates ~2k emails.

I have never done any affiliate marketing before. But the emails should be fairly targeted and decent quality I guess. Should I drive traffic to somewhere else? Is "spammy" email marketing still viable?

Any ideas?

Yes I was thinking some kind of SEO/Marketing lead. Been looking around on different Affiliate sites, but I'm kind of lost in that jungle. Email marketing doesn't seem to be allowed anyways on most sites.

I don't think that any automated Emailing service will allow you to use this list without prior approval by the subscribers.

Yes name is possible. And with the name you can pretty much get everything through socialblade. Like one of my other programs here.
