Hello, anyone have ever tried method like this - buy cpa traffic and promote cpalead offers? actually when you are buying cpa traffic you pay only for conversions, so if you set cpa conversion bid lower than cpa offer profit, you will get guaranteed profit. sounds great ,what do you think about it?

I heard about adwords->adsense in the ancient times, which didn't work much.

what you are talking about is called arbitrage. it is doable but usually done in a different niche mostly viral websites. you use paid traffic source to drive traffic to your website of which you have plenty of ads there ( usually native ads and google adsense ) so you spend like 1000 dollars acquiring 10,000 visitors then you check your ad accounts and see a revenue of 2,000 there so your ROI is at 100% ( theoretically speaking) doing it with CPA is tricky but doable.
