I did something REALLY stupid...

Seriously sounds like he doesnt know what hes missing out on.

I don't

I have BEGGED my GF to sit down with me and do some blackhat projects... for some reason she'd rather work at linens and things...

I hate that store. It's one of those places where if you turn around too fast, you could break something and have to pay for it. I fucking hate that shit. It smells weird too.

theres a tune by the guy in a collar ...

Lets get it on ....

For whatever reason your BF doesnt trust you. Right or wrong it doesnt matter the fact is he doesnt trust you. You are right that that sort of thing wont change.
So I guess what you can do is stay with him, stop talking to every other man you know or will ever know.
Or move one

If your boyfriend was freaking over a friend who's halfway across the country to the point of breaking up it can only be one of two things...

1) He's insecure, inmature, and paranoid.
2) He's moving on for other reasons but blaming it on you instead of himself.

Someone that's comfortable in their own skin and secure with their relationships can easily discern between rational and irrational behavior. I think your old bf is the one with issues here.

Best advice is right here from 4alllifestyles.

Move on. Plenty of other fish in the sea. (yea, I sound like a parent)

If you are upfront that was your best friend for a long long time, and you are a natural flirt then the guy is an idiot if he thinks you are cheating with him... HIM being a thousand miles away. Rather hard to do.

I did not know Valwaredom was your bf. I noticed little flirty posts between you two so I thought he may have been the flirty friend you were speaking of.

When you guys get back together (and you will) tell him I said hey.

Nah, my flirty friend is in another country. It's looking more and more like we won't be getting back together... I will certainly tell him you said hi though.

why do people need best friends when they got their boyfriends or girlfriends. Why not make your relationship with your intimate partner be like with your best friend but with a little spice.

anyway action speaks louder than words so show your boyfriend you mean the things you said and stop flirting with your bestfriend if you want to keep your boyfriend. if not, then continue with what youve been doing and enjoy:)

I help run a live cam website sometimes I talk to the owners, girls and even 'test' clients. My girlfriend knows this, she knows I make good money at what I do. Of course she's bothered by it, but it's my job.

This is personal though. It's a tough decision to make. I think the ex-boyfriend was thinking, 'I can cut my losses and get rid of her now so anything fucked up doesn't happen in the future.' I mean, what if he came to visit? How akward would that be for him especially if he knows some of that shit you say to him?

Take his feelings into perspective. He was your BOYFRIEND, you can't talk to anyone like that but him. (unless it's another girl)

I mean, what if the situation was reveresed and he was talking to some girl about sticking a baster up her pussy? Just to be funny? I mean c'mon, seriously?

Ya, like I said. He probably sat down, thought about it and decided to cut his losses while he still can. He doesn't want a 'wierd' relationship like that and not many people should.

If her friend was gay then it would be alright? Puhlease.

I know a lot of women that have male friends. Yes, it is hard for their new boyfriends to understand, but a girl CAN have male friends. Just like men can have female friends.

Fact is her boyfriend was the jealous type and apparently insecure to worry about a long distance relationship she had with a long time friend (male or female). Instead of concentrating on her and their relationship he wants to find an easy way out. So be it. She will find another and hopefully one that understands. Not all of us are idiots, just the vast majority...

... until we grow older and finally get some things figured out. ;)

I'm really grateful for all the advice I've gotten, on both ends of the spectrum. Yeah... regardless of how jealous he might be... truth is that I overstepped my boundaries in some of the things I jokingly said. It felt good to get it out. I hope I can get over this. I feel absolutely sick.

First rule of thumb... NEVER tell ANYONE intimate details about your boyfriend or the nasty stuff. ;)

To this day I can't look at by Brother inlaw without thinking how my sister inlaw told us he has a hairy ass (btw he is a redhead). That is more information that I needed to know or wanted to know. LOL!

wahhhh, Valwaredom was actually your boy? please confirm because i still dont believe it, lol. were you being sarcastic????

Yeah. He really was. I thought it was pretty common knowledge around here considering he told everyone in a thread. LoL

my bad, lol.

but honestly, if i really DID love a girl so much, i wouldn't think of flirting with other girls. it goes same for the girls.

knowing that you did makes me think you guys didn't really have a serious relationship going on.

however, if valv did flirt with other girls , then i guess he shouldnt be over-reacting. but if he didnt then i guess he's got too much love for you. finding guys who dont flirt with other girls in a relationship is hard to come by. and sometimes, flirt means sex to some guys, lol.

how long ago did this happen? was there any issues prior to this incident? i would write him a heartfelt apology and then leave him alone for a while. don't call or try to see him. if he can't find it in himself to trust you or get over it than he is not for you. he may come back and you can reconcile. but don't force it. i hope it works out for you. who wants to be a relationship where you have to account for every little move?

If you only have guy friends your not ready for a serious relationship with a guy. Try Girls for a while!

For the record... it was a JOKE about the turkey baster. I would never do such a thing. Now will you two stop arguing? Regardless of what my friend and I were joking about... it was uncalled for and I hope to God he forgives me.
