This has been tested among thousands of accounts and we are sure of the limitations however it is advised to start off at the lowest speed and work your way up as Instagram gets used to your activity.

If your account has ever been on another software system you shouldn't have any issues. Start at the fast speed for two days and move up to the insane for a couple days and then on to Ludicrous.
