A little bit more and I am going to file a complaint!
I advice anyone to avoid that company... I have bought a lot of services on the BHW market, but it is the first time it takes so long
Especially since they are saying instant delivery, why lying to your customer?
And telling me "We're working on the orders right now, we'll get to them shortly, apologies for the wait." on the forum is not enough! Plus they are totally ignoring my support ticket
If you are going to sell services, the least you can do is being professional.

Not sure whats happening mate - I've got a service with these lads and they seem to do me quite well. There customer service has been good so far - though it may be the particular Customer Service agent who picked up your ticket/docket. Hope they pull themselves together and resolve it - but I'd give them the benefit for the doubt **** happens... Just hope its nor a regular thing

Yup, site down, can't change my auth-IP, Proxy Error on MassPlanner.
