You can do it another way , easy way

Just load wp and then add a theme
And know add loads of content and images and a video on
A subject you no well.

Know add a contact page and a links page
And site map page.

Know submit to adsence for a account

but if i buy readymade adsense account then it blocked due to some issue in my website content then how first i checked my website is good as per google policy?

Umm no need make a wp site make a youtube channel , upload few vids to youtube , apply to adsense at their panel you'll be Granted in a matter of hours, then log in to adsense make your ads and etc post to your site done.

I think its because there is too little text and many pages are empty, no images are there either, also I dont think you have enough traffic or people engagement, also it has 80% bounce rate, to get adsense approved you need to get visitors or much more content

They will put they wont mind, i did the same thing and still have my adsense account , ive setup campaigns, personalized ads and all , as long as you keep the rules . and don't hit your ads with bot traffic you'll be fine

nice although they still haven't approved my youtube, maybe cuz only 1 of the videos is actually mine ?

maybe you have some mistakes on your web,check it and correct them,your account will be fine.
