You don't need one year to post all content. Do 10 per day to 90 per day growing gradually, you will get more traffic with more content.
Of Course! In my opinion the quality will be poor. Dont forget, you need to read all articles. I am pretty sure the results will be better if you post 1000 HQ Translated articles, than 17k poor translated, not edited articles.Well, by using some iMacros, it doesn't seem that difficult to me. If I can successfully translate all posts once, splitting and scheduling section will be easy. I assume I can do that in a week.

90 posts per day is extremely spammy.
Where to get 1000 HQ articles? 1000 HQ articles must be cost between $5k - $10k at least. Plus I have no time to write 1k HQ articles.
Yes, this method it's working . I am doing the same for some quality posts from my native language to english with good results.
This will work for sure. However, translators have a hard time distinguishing grammar from one language to another, so you may spend a lot of time editing the article just so it makes sense.
How are you planning to monetize from it? CPA? Heard that 3rd tier countries have a measly payout, I might be wrong
I was going to ask same thing. What a surprise!
I have scrapped like 17k blog post from a Non-English websites. All of them are in same niche. I just found out Big G translate does surprisingly good job translating that language to English. Here's my plan:
Every blog will have like 5 posts every day and 17k posts will be all done in a year. What do you think guys? What could possibly go wrong? What are pros and cons? Would you like to add anything to my plan? I'm kind of afraid Big G would ban my account. Let's do some brain storming!
- Somehow, translate all of them to English.
- Use grammarly to fix minor grammar bugs.
- Register like 10 niche related expired domain with good DA PA values and clean history.
- Get a VPS. Install 10 Wordpress blog with SEO plugins and simple themes.
- Split and schedule all posts to 10 blogs. (CSV import might necessary)
- Connect them to each other. Something like a Blogroll might do the trick.
- Buy some backlinks and social media posts if it is needed.
- Monetize all the blogs with Adsense.
- Freaking PROFIT!
When you want to translate, edit, format, check grammar (even grammarly) you have a lot to do. Just imagine, you can do one post in 5 minutes (what is very fast) you need to work 60 days without break to get this done. This is not really easy.

It will work, for sure! But, I would suggest try the babylon translator and translate just smaller pieces of the article. Like that, the quality is much better than you translate the whole article with google.

By the way, I forgot to ask you... How did you found so many blogs in your niche!!??Can I ask you, if you don't mind, what tool have you used? Thanks!!
I just found an article website accidentally when I was looking for something else actually.
Collected all urls of that website by using Xenu.
Scrapped all articles by using iMacros.
It is not that difficult. Just search article websites in different languages and surf around internet as much as you can.
First of all, sorry for being so late! For some reason I didn't get any message in my email account so I didn't know that there were more replies.
I am glad that it is working for you! May I ask you how many articles have your written/translated? Are you building backlinks and so on?
I am in very competitive niche so I am translating only that's we called "High Quality Content" , 'll now it's almost 15-20 articles , all 2.000 - 4.000 words. Sometimes combine two or more articles to have the result I want , then I do not use any translate tool, I hired a professional to do the rest of job. I am paying $30 - $55 per article , If you can do this alone , fine , but my English is poor.
I will start building backlinks soon , even with such a great content I will never rank in such a competitive keywords![]()

There is literally no way google can detect scrapped and edited articles.Well, since i haven't tried it before, I won't say it will not work. But judging from what i have seen so far, Google might easily catch up with you.
Based on my experience with google adsense and the fact that i do speak spanish, Yes you can certainly do that
but start writing your own unique content, will rank your site even faster on google search engine.

Wow, 2.000-4.000 words! You have to spend a lot of time only reading the translated content and a lot more changing stuff. I wish you the best! Above all if you are spending $30-$50 per article. With this 15-20 articles, are you already having impressions/clicks?
In my case, I think it is pretty competitive too (above all the part which I want to monetize through CPA) and this is the main reason why I have been asking myself if going for it or not. But for what you all have been telling me, it should go well.
