i will start my journey same as you , for 10$ you can get with 100 visitor if your content is really good .
my website have 3k visitors and i earn 5$ but for third tier country which means click is so low like 0.02 low lol .
if i'm lucky i get one click with 15-30 $ and it made my day .
i saw your budget is 30$ and you got host for 10 $ which means you have like 20$ to spare right ?

1. Adsense will not ban you if your traffic is only from FB.
2. FB might blacklist your domain if you spam many groups many time everyday . This happened to me . I was blocked for few weeks. Maybe you can post few times everyday and not on many groups. By this you will be safe.

In addition, you need to make delay between posts at least 10 minutes. If you post fast, you will be banned from posting and joining groups.
FB is not easy to work on these days. It also doesn't make good money. Don't believe those posts claiming they make money on FB unless someone has a 1 million fanpage.

No you can't use youtube adsense to your website. You need non-hosted AS account.

You can use propeller/adsterra network for your traffic alongside adsense and before adsense too. Your $10 depend on your rpm. If rpm is good you can hit $10 but for viral niches rpm is too low for adsense. once you have money automate and scale up.
as said earlier google welcomes facebook traffic. your domain wont' get easily banned just make nice with admins.

I know, it depends on multiple factors that influences the amount of money I'll be making at the end of the day.

it would be great if I did order the article with the spare money. but I think I might need proxies and spare domain names for redirection with this method
As for the articles I would just rewrite them myself with the hlp of other inspirational articles ( yes am gonna copy that sh*t all day everyday XD )

if you used multiple accounts with different proxies, and spare domain names to redirect to the main site. none of that would have happened to you .
with multiple accounts you don't have to wait 10 minutes, just loop that sh*t

1. adsense doesn't ban for driving social media traffic.

2. facebook won't ban your domain for just posting articles on groups.

the buzzfeed style sites have been done to death but can still be profitable if you use manage to keep your running costs low and drive mad traffic. The only way to make money with these sites is to drive loads of social traffic. good luck
