I was thinking of using this method, with Multiloginapp to use proxy and change the browser footprints

Everything is working so far! Except the proxycap part, does anyone know how to put a proxy on bluestacks? Scoured forums for an answer but no luck

I don't have a dynamic ip so I might just create them all on 1 ip

Try with Genymotion Android Emulator

It supports Win, Mac and Linux.

Personally, for me Bluestack is not really stable. Often apps crash or don't start at all, and I have to start them again. And I always have to reconfigure the physical keyboard language...

If you create the accounts at home you also need to use followliker at home .

I dont think you can create the accounts at home then use a vpn unless you use private proxies.

Nox and proxydroid is good aswell

IV tried proxydroid + bluestacks but that didn't work either :/

when I fired up a bluestack tweaker , and changed ip, then instagram always say : too many user have been regeitered on this device,
coudl you recommend me anything?
I checked and ip have change, I dont know why this isnt working with me

It means your tweaker isn't correctly configured or you aren't using it correctly. There should be two sets of numbers in the memory usage area of the upper left portion of the tweaker. If they say zero it means you have to find a tweaker that works with the bluestacks version you are using as not all of them work well together. After you get your tweaker sorted you won't run into that problem again. Sometimes you may think it changed the info but it didn't. I use the root checker app on bluestacks to make sure it changed the device to whatever phone I "changed" it to.
