It's not that simple. By default with Payoneer, you only have the prepaid debit card, if you add the card to PayPal, you can use it for purchases only, but you can't withdraw to it. To be able to withdraw from PayPal to Payoneer, you need to apply for the Payoneer US Payment Service (which is a virtual bank account), you need to provide a copy of your national id/passport. Once it's approved, try adding it to your PayPal as a bank account, i say "try", because it isn't always working. For instance when i tried it first around 2 years ago, it didn't work for me, but i just tried it ~2 weeks ago and this time it worked. Give it a go, you have nothing to lose.

I use private proxies for my usa stealth paypal accounts, i guess getting a vps for iceland should be cheap, thanks bro, you saved me a lot of headaches searching for methods to get my money, does the name on my mastercard has to match the name on paypal?I never use proxies for PayPal.. From experience, you can use a USA vps to operate any country PayPal.

I think it depends on the bank, Payoneer uses First Century Bank for their VBA. Once i was able to withdraw money from a PayPal account of mine to a bank account where the names didn't match, but it doesn't always work.

i sent 99$ from my paypal to payonner virtual bank account, and payonner now hold the payment and they are asking me for ID and other info, basically similar to paypal.....
