i withdrawal funds from pp to virtual cards and from cards u can withdrawal it.

Stealth means i made the paypal with fake name/address.
Ok i will try entropay, seems awesome, if i can just withdraw my money to it.

Nop was gonna change with some dude but he turned out to be a scammer, i'm gonna order a virtual visa card, and try linking it to my USA paypal.

I don't know sure if this can work, create an account in for example, in freelancer.com create a project, with other account of you, you accept the project, wait some days and release the milestone and you have the money, but they take the 10% of the project, and in the account with yours 900-1000$ you can send this to bank account, Skrill, payoneer, etc, even you can use this account like a wallet lol.

Not limited at all, my account is 100% verified, however since its a stealth account, i cant withdraw directly to my bank account

Go and buy some gold $950 worth then send it to your self , surly there gold dealers in the country it registered ...

He received payment from Fullscreen Company, I don't think a refund is possible. And he said his legit PayPal is limited.
