Yes, our VCCs work with free tier. You just need to load $2 and make sure the names and addresses match.

This will verify a paypal account. They do not come loaded as no money is necessary for US Paypal accounts. For international paypals you would hae to load $2. Usually you can ask us and we will load it for you as a favor (for free).

Wow! That's great! I would love one that's pre-loaded with $2. How much will you sell the VCC for? If I would like about $5 in it, how much will I need to pay including the extra $3? I'll pay via PayPal.

That would be $13. We usually don't allow paypal for card loads though.

That's a fair amount. But not accepting PayPal makes it all hard for me. PayPal is the only payment platform I have access to currently. Is there any help you could render to me?

We have never tried it with the countries above.

We have tried it Mexican accounts and it works, and we have also tried it with Italian accounts (50% success rate).
