If someone wants to buy shoutout from you, first they will inspect your account if it has good engagement such as likes, comments. Then they will check your followers if they're real people and active on Insta. So, I don't think buying take would work unless you gain real followers over time. However, fitness is a very tough niche that you're in so they're lots of people offering shootouts just like you but with better engagement. I think you should find a less competitive niche.

I will be using my old aged IG acc, +- 3 months old with 70 posts almost no real followers ( 200 )

who the hell did you buy from? Their service is ass ive never seen a drop like that
