Which settings do you use in your Yoast SEO?

Checked one of my first pages I created a few years ago and I noticed I have archive pages in my google searches.

Is there a list or a guide which settings you should use and which pages should be set to noindex?

Simple. Go into "Titles and Metas" in the Yoast plugin settings. Click on the Archives tab. You can disable various archives. If you click on the Taxonomies tab, you can also choose to noindex low quality or taxonomies that cause duplicate content. Proceed with caution if you're not sure what you're doing.

Use the new assistant, just follow the instructions and it will set up most of it for you. Then you can switch to advanced mode and tweak anything else you need. Best of luck !
