Ans - All channels are allowed to stream in HD , YT needs quality. Yea it happens that the video is HD but you cannot see it in HD what you can do is go to setting icon on video and select your HD so that it will show the way your video is supposed to be but sometimes you see that some people have videos that are of HD but shows HD even in 240P that is because their raw file itself is neat and the software they use is good. Either you must be using weird software that compresses real file to its settings. But if all that is not a problem then while uploading a video it shows that "Uploading options' on left hand side have a look at it you can use one of the method for best quality.

I was asking because I always export my videos with Adobe Premiere at high bitrates (20-30Mbp) and following all YT recommendations but the quality it's not even comparable to that from some "premium" channels...

Ans - As far as I know, see comments are crucial only when you have decent amount of views.
There is some misunderstanding that "I will buy 10K views, 100 comments and 100 likes and 50 dislikes" well it doesn't work that way.
What should be first is the views generated in first 24 hours then comes the comments then likes or dislike. All together won't mean anything or nothing at all. I am saying this after a big research. Experienced since 4 years so yep.

Ans - Well um I use my own services and cannot give you link or anything since promoting self and giving link is not allowed unless you are a Jr. VipI think so.... yea... And services like AdWords ummm well its useful only if you have AMAZING content because you tell me what will be a point that you invested lets say 1K$ for AdWords but not everyone will subscribe to you because your content is not simply amazing. End of story. No point in investing money on that unless you are already famous. Better invest in ranking your video on youtube that will generate your own views after a while and bring you exposure for that keywords.

Ans- I don't know any SEO tools, I read a LOT of blogs and experimented myself since 5-6 years and I still do that. I just learnt it myself and use my own knowledge and I am always right in that. So read , read and read that will give you best knowledge If you don't have time, simply hire some YT SEO guy but I don't think anyone has that service yet.
I make my own videos.
No I never unloaded any stolen content.
Out sourcing as in? Elaborate your question please?
Yep I make my own blackboard and whiteboard videos since its easy than making a cover but still love doing both.
I am not part of any network and I don't support any affiliate companies. I make response videos and same is stated in video that it is sponsored.

Ans - 2 ways
1) Make a comment catchy which actually favors most audience. (The comment they want to hear) You can also comment couple of times in different times to try your luck.
2) Buy upvotes on comments.

Ans - Um 2 years and 52 subs umm not good to be honest but don't give up your hopes, give it more focus and don't worry nothing like 'oh another gamer " reaction here hehe
So I see that you want to grow organically well I suggest you to pick one site which you are comfo with like FB, Twitter or IG. Just one because at this point you might not be able to focus on all but if you can then well and good if not then take baby steps ok? then join groups and follow gamers and -
1) Ask people to watch you videos in kind way and it shouldn't look like spam . I am sure you can put that much time into. Also you can comment on other big gaming channel asking their viewers to check out your game because its similar or so.
2) You can exchange subs and views or shares by asking ppl to do it that way you will atleast be reaching first goal 100 subs

Ans- Not really, because I like old version of G+ and Instagram but there is no way you can get back the old version once you have updated it
But what you can try is one thing, go to apk stores and see if they have old apk files of that app but I suggest not to do that. Because those files also try to get your info although app will be original but don't trust only apk files. So use some other downloader
